Other Club Benefits

Alumni and club members who have completed one certification level course at J World San Diego may take subsequent courses at a discounted rate. Join the club, practice your skills and then take a higher level class.

Additionally we organize free and exclusive dock side clinics for our members to refresh your sailing and racing skills.

Crew Bulletin Board

Meet up with other J World San Diego sailors for a nice cruise, intense day racing or just to get out on the water and practice. We can facilitate this.

Membership Levels

We offer two levels of memberships based on the amount of sailing you wish to enjoy. Membership is based on a yearly contract.

Captain Level

$350 Initiation Fee
Discounted rates on all boats

Admiral Level

$350 Initiation Fee
$2,500 per year unlimited J/80 usage
Discounted J/105 and J/120 rates

Daily Sailing

9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Monday - Sunday

Membership Requirements

J World San Diego, the Performance Sailing School and Club, offers memberships and bareboat charters to our alumni and any sailor with US SAILING certification, or equivalent experience.

For those sailors wanting to acquire certification we can arrange that for you. Please review our class information and contact us for details and reservations.

All memberships and bareboat charters are contingent upon successful completion of a check-out sail.
