Full-Day Corporate Team Building

This is our most popular team building program. Much like the half-day corporate team building program, the full-day program begins with a J World team building session, featuring keynote speakers from the yacht racing industry.

Then it's off to the boats for an intensive afternoon of sailboat racing and skills implementation, using the same round robin format employed in all of our team building events. This “round robin” type of sailboat race scheduling insures maximum teaching exposure, yet does not overly tax the corporate team building program participants.
