This team building program is designed to be used by those companies in need of corporate team building services for specific small groups of managers and executives that find themselves in need of intense, dramatic coaching to over come difficult team oriented problems.

Corporate team building program opening lecture

This is a unique executive team building course, one unlike our others. Participants in the executive team building programs will train and sail on a J 120, our blue water yacht Jabberwocky. This 40 foot yacht will host attendees for two days of sailing on the waters of the pacific ocean. Now for the unique aspect. Executive team building session attendees become crew mates, living aboard for the duration of the course. The interaction between crew mates is insured do to the fairly close living quarters and the daily life aboard ship. This is not some easy going, no work junket. Crew mates must work together to achieve goals set forth by the voyage. The executive team building lessons learned are ones that can not be simulated anywhere else and can be immediately applied upon return to work.
